Keto Strawberry Ice Cream

Very simple combo that tastes like the real thing, if not better!


The Preparation:

  • 5 strawberries, hulled

  • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 2/3 cup low-calorie natural sweetener

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 pinch salt


The Execution:


  1. Place strawberries in a food processor or blender; puree until smooth.

  2. Whisk strawberry puree, cream, sweetener, water, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt together in a bowl; pour into an ice cream maker.

  3. Process ice cream according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm (around 40 min).
